Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. Zorveia is operated by an individual (the “operator”). Questions can be sent to privacy@zorveia.com.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Zorveia, an individual-run project, contactable at privacy@zorveia.com. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Zorveia acts as the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

2. Data we collect

While this site is a coming-soon page, we collect a limited amount of information through Google Analytics:

  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, screen resolution.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring pages, approximate location (country/city level).
  • Cookie identifiers used by Google Analytics.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information unless you contact us directly.

3. Why we process this data

We use the data above to understand how visitors use the site, measure traffic, and improve the experience. This processing is based on your consent, which you give (or decline) through the consent banner shown on the site.

4. Cookies

This site uses cookies, mainly for analytics. For a full list and instructions on how to manage them, please see the Cookie Policy.

5. Third parties

  • Google LLC — Google Analytics stores and processes usage data on Google servers. See Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Web hosting provider — the site is hosted on a third-party static hosting service (e.g., Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages), which logs standard server data such as IP addresses to operate and secure the service.

6. Data retention

Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the account. Server logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and operations, typically no longer than a few weeks.

7. International data transfers

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, your data may be transferred to the United States. Google processes such transfers in line with applicable transfer mechanisms (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (in particular, under the GDPR in the EU/EEA or UK), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or erasure of your data.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@zorveia.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use HTTPS and reasonable technical measures to protect the site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
